Terms of Service – AUAS

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, platforms, software, APIs, and services operated or provided by AUAS ("AUAS", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to AI-powered products such as BharatAI and other business automation, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.


2. Description of Services

AUAS designs, develops, and provides artificial intelligence–based products and services, including conversational AI, automation tools, analytics solutions, and custom business solutions for individual users, small businesses, medium enterprises, and large organizations.

Our Services may include:

  • AI-powered assistants and chat interfaces;

  • Business process automation and workflow tools;

  • Data analysis, integrations, and decision-support systems;

  • Custom AI and software solutions delivered to enterprise clients.

The Services are provided for general informational, productivity, and business-support purposes and may evolve over time.


3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information when required;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;

  • Use the Services only for lawful, authorized, and intended purposes;

  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws;

  • Ensure that any content you input or upload does not violate third-party rights or applicable regulations.

You must not:

  • Use the Services for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or infrastructure;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the performance or security of the Services;

  • Use the Services to generate malicious, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content.


4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, models, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to AUAS and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services (“User Content”). By using the Services, you grant AUAS a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, improving, and securing the Services.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of AUAS intellectual property to you.


5. AI-Generated Content and Limitations

The Services may generate automated or AI-assisted outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;

  • Outputs are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice;

  • You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying outputs before relying on them;

  • AUAS does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUAS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from defects or vulnerabilities.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AUAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

AUAS’s total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to AUAS for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the event.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.


8. Modification, Suspension, and Termination

AUAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or used the Services in a harmful or unauthorized manner.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.


9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, tools, or services. AUAS is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties, and your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.


10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
